Gigi’s Cupcakes: Gigi tells us that she has the “best gourmet cupcakes to ever come out of a Texan Grandma’s kitchen.” They bake 30 varieties of cupcakes daily, not counting their mini cupcakes, and perfect sized cheesecakes. Kristina Q from Yelp states, “My favorites are the wedding cake, red velvet, chocolate chip cookie dough, and midnight magic.”

Lick Honest Ice Creams: Few other places offer artisan ice creams made from wholesome ingredients. This is a local farm-to-table, or cow to cone, concept. There’s no preservatives, colorings, artificial flavorings, or high fructose corn syrup used in these honest recipes. Some flavors that speak to the seasonal Texan flare are the Cilantro Lime and Sage ice creams.

The Juice Spot: The Juice Spot’s motto is “Juice for HEALTH. Juice for ENERGY. Juice for FUN.” You are what you eat – and drink. Juices make for a great meal any time of the day, and The Juice Spot also sells their juices as a part of a cleanse. Some of the cold pressed nutritional goodness includes Workout and Recovery, a simple mixture of apple, carrot, cucumber and celery, and The Ginger Snap, made from apple, ginger, bell pepper, and lemon. Here you can really drink to your health!
